WELCOME TO PART 4.
In Part 3 we talked about using Instagram to drive traffic.
But if you are struggling to come up with ideas of what to post, AI tools are very helpful.
Before you start with this lesson, you will need to download the ChatGPT app on your phone.

If you are on iPhone, search for ChatGPT on the App Store
If you are on Android, search for ChatGPT on the Play Store.
Prompt to Use:
“ChatGPT, can you give me 5 ideas for Instagram posts about [your topic, e.g., ‘healthy living tips’]?”

Prompt to Use:
“ChatGPT, can you suggest some questions I can ask my followers to get them to comment on my post about [topic]?”
Example: Type, “ChatGPT, can you suggest some questions I can ask my followers to get them to comment on my post about home workouts?” ChatGPT might suggest, “What’s your favorite way to stay active at home?” or “Do you prefer morning or evening workouts?”
Prompt to Use:
“ChatGPT, can you suggest 10 hashtags for an Instagram post about [your topic]?”
Example: Type, “ChatGPT, can you suggest 10 hashtags for an Instagram post about easy home cooking?” ChatGPT might provide: #HomeCooking, #QuickMeals, #EasyRecipes, and more.
Prompt to Use:
“ChatGPT, can you help me write a short story about [your experience or topic] for an Instagram post?”
Example: Type, “ChatGPT, can you help me write a short story about my first time trying yoga?” You might receive a response that starts with, “I remember my first yoga session, how awkward and funny it was at first, but then I felt so calm and relaxed…”
Using ChatGPT can make creating content for Instagram easier and more fun. These simple prompts can help you brainstorm, write, and interact with your followers without any stress. Give them a try and see how they help you share more great content!
AI tools, like ChatGPT, make it easy to generate creative ideas, captions, hashtags, and more. If you’re ever stuck on what to post, these tools can provide fresh suggestions tailored to your niche, saving you time and helping you keep your content engaging.
It’s simple! If you have an iPhone, open the App Store, search for “ChatGPT,” and download it. If you’re using an Android device, search for “ChatGPT” in the Play Store and download it from there. Once installed, you’re ready to start generating content ideas right from your phone.
A great starter prompt is:
“ChatGPT, can you give me 5 ideas for Instagram posts about [your topic]?”
For example, if your niche is wellness, you could ask, “ChatGPT, can you give me 5 ideas for Instagram posts about easy wellness tips?”
This prompt helps ChatGPT come up with ideas specific to your niche, like “Morning stretches for better energy.”
ChatGPT can quickly generate captions that are friendly and engaging. Use a prompt like, “ChatGPT, can you help me write a short, friendly caption for an Instagram post about [describe your photo]?” For example, if you’re posting about a cup of tea, ask for a caption, and ChatGPT might suggest something like, “Nothing like a warm cup of tea to start the day. ☕ Have you had your tea yet? #TeaTime #CozyMoments.”
Asking questions in your posts encourages followers to engage by commenting. Try this prompt: “ChatGPT, can you suggest some questions I can ask my followers to get them to comment on my post about [topic]?” For example, for a post about home workouts, ChatGPT might suggest, “What’s your favorite way to stay active at home?” or “Do you prefer morning or evening workouts?”
Yes! Hashtags increase the visibility of your posts. Use a prompt like, “ChatGPT, can you suggest 10 hashtags for an Instagram post about [your topic]?” If your topic is home cooking, ChatGPT might recommend hashtags such as #HomeCooking, #QuickMeals, #EasyRecipes, etc., which helps your post reach more people interested in similar content.
Personal stories make your posts feel relatable. You can prompt ChatGPT with something like, “ChatGPT, can you help me write a short story about [your experience or topic] for an Instagram post?” For example, asking about your first yoga session might yield a response like, “I remember my first yoga session, how awkward and funny it was at first, but then I felt so calm and relaxed…” This can add a personal touch to your post.
Using AI can be a fantastic tool for inspiration and efficiency, but try to add your own personality and experiences to keep your content authentic. AI can give you a starting point, but putting your personal touch on each post makes it unique to you.
You can use ChatGPT as often as needed! Whether you want fresh ideas weekly or just need a quick caption, it’s there to help whenever you need. Many people find it especially useful during busy times or when they’re experiencing “creator’s block.”
If the response isn’t quite what you need, try adjusting your prompt to be more specific. ChatGPT responds best to detailed instructions, so feel free to try variations until you get something that fits your style.
